  2. If not Sunak as Chancellor, then Javid he was Sunak's predecessor. He resigned when Boris became PM and wanted him to sack some of his staff which he refused to do. Sunaks wife pays UK tax on her UK earnings and Indian tax on her Indian earnings.

  7. He declared his wifes tax status, so there is nothing to get away with. However when his wife has been permanently resident in the UK for 15 years she will automatically have to pay UK tax on all her earnings.
