  1. The Public Enquiry has put a lot of information in the public domain which will be great assistance to any Police investigations. T he PO behaved disgracefully, but it's naive to think other large organisations don't have the same mentality and try to bury bad news and wrong doing.

  4. The CPS don't get involved until there has been a Police investigation and someone formally charged. They will then only proceed with a prosecution when there is sufficient evidence to ensure a conviction.
