Like him or loathe him, Farage does listen to the people and speaks on their behalf.

By 2029, Farage will be 65, as an unfit, overweight, heavy smoker and drinker its possible that he won't even make it ! I'm now 70 and have known so many that haven't, life can't be taken for granted, you need to take care of yourself.

Having a politician answering a question must be unnerving for them.

No fault evictions are about to be abolished. Reform controlled councils can however put the needs of local people first.

When a party isn't in government its easy to make bold claims and promises, when in government and faced with reality the situation it's much more problematic. If there were easy answers they already would have been found. However, I fully support his ambitions.

@TrevorTaylor-jk3ng Much as I dislike our Governments policies, they were democratically elected with a huge majority by the electorate and only the PM has the right to call an early election just as his predecessors have done before him.

2029, why would Starmer go earlier ?

Now Reform have won control of numerous councils they can begin to challenge the government when the needs of local people are not being put first. Throwing your toys out of the pram like a petulant 2 year old will achieve nothing. Starmer is in his element when law and order is challenged as Im sure you can recall ?

The local elections sent a very loud and clear message to the Government and Tories, that things need to change. With more local elections next year it's a message they can't afford to ignore.
