  1. Anyone who deliberately places themselves in the path on on coming traffic is a danger to both themselves and others. The ladies response was both reasonable and proportionate and she is to be commended.

  2. A reasonable and proportionate response to someone who was not only a danger to themselves but others. Deliberately placing yourself repeatedly in the path of oncoming traffic is not the action of a normal person.
