No one is forcing you to work to for the Civil Service ? If you want to succeed in life you need to take personal responsibility for your future, no one is going to do it for you. Get another, better paid job in the private sector.

Agreed and thats not enough. The best investment anyone can make is in themselves. Do whatever it takes to get the right skills.

Agreed and complaining about it won't make them come down either. Take personal responsibility, get better qualified, look for another better paid job, find ways of supplementing your income.
