  10. Why do you think HMRC has a NON DOMS tax status for foreign nationals living in the UK ? Its a deliberate policy to encourage the very rich to make the UK their home here. All their UK earnings attract UK tax and importantly they spend their wealth here which is very good for the UK economy. Just think how much Obramovich spent here ?
