  1. Having a second home and claiming expenses for it is entirely legitimate. Many MP's from all parties have them because their constituency is too far from Westminster to make continuous commuting practical. It's also cheaper than hotel accommodation. Rayner has largely brought this upon herself with her big Northern gob!

  4. I wish my ex wife was charged with wasting Police time after the Police decided not to charge me. She didn't like being told that she could have any more money, apparently she considered this abuse !

  5.  @stevecrane17  Tax avoidance is entirely legal, HMRC facilitate it. I don't know a single person who pays a penny more in tax than they are legally required to do. Tax evasion however, is illegal irrespective of the amount..

  7.  @bieituns  HMRC are very correctly only interested in recovering money and imposing a fine. Sending someone to Prison costs the taxpayer.
