  1. The purpose of the Civil Service is to implement the policies of the elected government, just as any employee of any companies job is to implement the objectives of that company. If they can't do so, they should either resign or transfer to another part of that company where they can.

  2. Implementing the policies of the elected government of the day is what Civil Servants are paid to do. If they can't, get another job. Don't think the private sector is any different, it's not. Do what you are employed to do or get out.

  6.  @avaggdu1  I worked in the private sector and I completely understand. We were paid to do a job, not everything i was required to do, did I either agree with or enjoy.
