  5.  @johnrussell3961  When a person inherits a property on which there is an outstanding mortgage it still has to be repaid. How the beneficiaries choose to do this is up to them. The prudent borrower would have taken out a life policy to cover the debt, so the beneficiaries would inherit a mortgage free property.

  6. So will your State Pension which is below your personal allowance. Any additional tax you pay will be in respect of other income. An unfreezing of personal allowances in the Autumn statement would be an electoral blinder !

  7. Why, employers NI is just one of many costs associated in running a businesses. Most have increased significant in recent years.
