Let me guess, you didn't vote Conservative ? I find the prospect of Labour government far more frightening.

Seems like being in the winter clothing business would be a very smart move.

Like introduce an intelligence test, how will that help labour ?

I never sure who the rich actually are and what qualifies someone as being rich. Is it wealth above a certain figure, income, the size of the house they live in, the type of car they drive ?
1
Given your depth of insight you have implemented your own plan to at least soften the effects of the rising cost of living ?

Sunak has also done something with his Energy levy and Im prepared to see what the new PM does before rushing to judgement.

Fascism is preferable to communism.
1
Starmers plan is .................................. as usual he doesn't have one. I'm prepared to give the new PM the opportunity to do something positive before rushing to judgement.
1
Will someone please tell me who the rich are ? What is the criteria, I could have a rich friend and not even know it ? Or is it just someone who has more you ?
1
It just proves that it doesn't really matter which party is in government.
1
The prospect of a Labour government is even less appealing. Im prepared to give the new PM a chance before rushing to judgement.

It's probably just Tinnitus !

Has any government, you can't be that naive. Political parties buy your vote, by making promises to induce you to vote for them.
1
You could have declined their offer to pay and stayed at home or was the appeal of something for nothing to great to turn down ?
1
@chatham43 They could have said " No thanks", but the appeal of a free holiday was just too great to turn down.
1
@TheNinjaGinger It's that the alternative is even less appealing. That's why Truss will win over Sunak.
1
@chatham43 If it was easy a solution, there wouldn't be a problem. Some people are quick to criticise but incapable of offering any practical and affordable solutions.
1
Far worse, I have absolutely no doubt.
1
Have you ever considered that you could be the first casualty ? Im prepared to give the new PM a chance before rushing to judgement. It would be naive to think that its not a the top of their agenda.
1
Perhaps the UK is ungovernable ? The Chinese way of fear and suppression of any opposition could be the only effective solution.
1
When you are 18 you will be eligible to vote.
1
No one wanted to live near a nuclear Power Station either. I'm sure that when a lot of our gas storage capacity was taken down, that pleased everyone who lived close by.
1
Im sure you wouldn't be on his very ordinary working class, man of the people, salary !
1
If this is how you feel then Im sure you have already made your concerns known to your MP, they do represent you even if you didn't vote for them.
1
You must get very tired from carrying around that enormous chip on your shoulder. I'm prepared to give new PM a chance to do something positive before rushing to judgement.
