  3. Do you understand the difference between the Public and Private sector ? The public sector is state funded by the taxpayer, the private sector sinks or swims by its own efforts. If your company is successful, so are you, if it fails, so do you. Why would shareholders invest in a company without seeing decent returns, it makes no sense ?

  5. Do ministers not get sacked or MP's loose their seats at elections ? Sometimes even PM's are forced to resign ! Of course they pay a price and for many a very high one.

  37. Business owners take the risks and provide the capital, so if they are successful, not forgetting some aren't, their rewards are greater. The best investment anyone can make is in themselves. The more skilled you become the more you can earn.

  41. However its not the best way to ensure they are the most productive and thats how you generate the most profit. If I don't like doing something or feel Im being unfairly treated, I find something else that satisfies my needs.
