  5. The cost of home insurance has increase considerably due to flood claims. My house is in area of risk of flooding and my premium more than doubled. However, as I live at the top of a hill the 135 ft church spire in my local town would need to be completely submerged before I was effected.

  6.  @Tom_Samad  I live on the top of a hill, have over 2 acres and wonderful views. Not a mansion but more than large enough.
