  3. My sentiments too. I live on the top of a hill and look down on my nearest town.

  4. The cost of home insurance has increase considerably due to flood claims. My house is in area of risk of flooding and my premium more than doubled. However, as I live at the top of a hill the 135 ft church spire in my local town would need to be completely submerged before I was effected.

  5.  @Tom_Samad  I live on the top of a hill, have over 2 acres and wonderful views. Not a mansion but more than large enough.
