  1. From a purely technical and practical perspective James May is absolutely right, particularly when it's your only car. But as James would also say, "Thats missing the point". Classic cars are not brought to use everyday, require a very different mindset and are usually an emotive purchase. For many they are the realisation of a childhood dream that evokes memories of a time gone by. Thankfully we are all different.
