  3. Interest rates are on the increase and not just in the UK. The US has lower inflation and a higher base rate. The UK is well behind the curve. Mortgage lenders buy the money they lend in the market and the price has increased considerably.

  5. Labour want PR as much as the Conservatives, it's in neither of their interests and is weighted heavily against them both. PR doesn't work, look at Italy, the average life of a Parliament is 13 months.
