The average persons views and beliefs won't be of any interest to anyone.

@aaronpennick5170 At which point you buy some thermals.

A man of the people that Banked with Coutts, the most elitist bank in the UK ? Wasn't an ordinary bank good enough for him !
2
When I working in Banking in the City it was common and often how business was done.
2
It's an accounting term used to explain liquidity. A business may be owed millions by its customers, but until they actually pay, the business can't meet its liabilities.
2
Agreed, other countries have banned such protests, so should we.
2
How would you have raised the money needed to fill the £50bn black hole ?
2
Some people can keep a secret.
2
@Steve_Coates Its rather sad that so few people know anything of the history of this country.
2
@AJ-qn6gd Thats why we celebrate it and put the "Guy" on the top of the bonfire.

What she is referring to is copyright infringement, which is usually a civil matter rather than a criminal offence. However as most hymns will have been written before 1926 any original copyright will have long expired and the songs are considered to be in the public domain. After long legal battles it was been confirmed that nobody owns the rights to "Happy Birthday". Thats how ridiculous things can be !
2
@martincooke3934 Patel ?????
2
@craig581 He's not an MP, he lost his seat !
2
My bank is great they let me retire at 50 and immediately receive a pension. 18 years later and I haven't had to work a day since, life is good !
2
What human right will have been breached ?
2
Its what an environmentally responsible person would do !
2
@keithwilmot1915 I suspect most of the population also did. I did most days.
2
Hows that working out for them ?
2
Many men including myself have been arrested because our now ex wives lied to the Police to suit their own agenda. In my case I refused to increase her divorce settlement and she didn't like it !
2
Starmer should be on a roll, but he's not. In Wakefield a traditional Labour stronghold, when given the chance to send a message to the government, 6 out of ten voters stayed away.
2
MP's pay rise this year was a tiny 2.7%, last year they had nothing. Probably not what you expected !
2
Interestingly it has fallen as there has been a reduction in demand as world economies growth rates are faltering. Watch this space though !
2
Agreed, no one can predict with absolute certainty what the future will hold.
2
Abolishing stamp duty would be self defeating, simply stimulating demand and increasing prices. Look what happened with the Stamp Duty holiday.
2
Then fewer people will get to vote which will probably result in Sunak becoming PM. You did consider this ?
2
Because their job has these benefits and yours doesn't. Professional people get perks, workers don't.
2
That won't help your insurance claim !
2
More importantly, the consumer wouldn't see a penny of it.
2
@marksavage1108 i will be very surprised if Reform get any more seats than Ukip did.
2
@tonymarkey6525 It's rather worrying just how clueless the average Youtuber is.
2
It's a net zero crime, so he approves.
2
But not by you obviously ?
2
Wrong, just 2 banks were bailed out, Lloyds and RBS (Nat West). Another working class myth bites the dust !
2
Why would you want an unelected judiciary, it's their independence from political interference that's its biggest strength.
2
Weren't the people who built his swimming pool working class ?
2
All due to Boris' backbenchers, not protests.
2
But the have twice the number of nuclear weapons that Israel have, just to put it into perspective.
2
I'm confident you won't like any replacement either.
2
When you fail to pay Council Tax, usually by D/D, the full years becomes due .
2
@totallybonkers2447 Starmer also said in Parliament that being investigated by the police should be a resigning matter. Seems he's suffering with dementia !
2
@totallybonkers2447 Not in the court of public opinion.
2
The last thing the country needs is another time consuming distraction
2
The cost outweighs the benefits for the healthy young, simple economics.
2
There already is one, it's the Deputy PM !
2
I would never bet against the Israelis
2
@UlsterHVF i wonder how many are members of the CCP ?
2
They come in many forms, cash is just one and probably the least subtle.
2
Cells are heated !
2
Who will probably already be doing something similar.I retired from banking in 2005 and my branch usually had far more cash in the cash machine than the safe.
2
He may turn his heating down a degree or two and perhaps re set the timer so its on for a little less time each day. Thats enough to reduce consumption by 15%.
