  7. A bank has every right if they decision is based solely on commercial reasons. Why would a bank want to open an account for a person with adverse credit history or has been declared bankrupt ?

  12. I agree, however its done for strictly commercial reasons (i.e payments being regularly returned unpaid) or that you are abusive towards staff, that's a perfectly legitimate reason.
