  7. Sadly the protest was legal. To ban it would have resulted in an immediate legal challenge and the ban would be over turned.

  12. Veterans were advised not to wear their medals when travelling to the Cenotaph. Very sensible advise if travelling alone in the current climate. These guys are now very old and deserve our respect and gratitude.
