  1. You seem rather confused. Parliament is the legislative body of government, so it's not going to remove itself. The Queen is Head of State, the ability to make and pass legislation (laws) resides with Parliament. You also need to look further than just the Conservative Government, Labour also supported them in passing the Coronavirus Act 2020 and voting for the lockdown. As we elected these MP's to sit in Parliament we only have ourselves to blame !

  2. You are obviously a bit confused, it's Parliament that both legislated and voted for the lockdown so why would it legislate against itself ?
