  10. At the moment there is a bill passed by the house Commons that will limit the right of protestors, not just those who glue themselves to the motorways. Without the House of Lords to review it and suggest amendments it would already be law. In the absence of the Lords the government of the day is free to pass any laws it wants no matter how draconian without challenge. Is this what you really want ?
