  3. I agree absolutely and of course there will always be risk. However vaccination rates are very good and improving with each day that passes. The problem people have with taking personal responsibility is that they have no one to blame but themselves when things go wrong.

  5. That assumes that all people actually have a fully functioning brain. The problem with taking personal responsibility is that should things go wrong they only have themselves to blame.
