  11. Absolutely correct. Boris isn't a normal politician, he's the head of the government. All other members of the government answer to him. If the man who owned the company broke his own rules, he wouldn't sack him self !

  12. Wrong, there hasn't been a vote of "no confidence" and is unlikely to be. Leaders of other political parties calling for his resignation means nothing.
