  1. Hardly surprising when we are 2 weeks away from the appointment of a new PM. It would be unrealistic for any major new policy announcements to be made at this time. I'm prepared to give the new PM the chance to do something rather than rushing to judgement.

  3. Liz knows she wants to be PM. She also knows that getting to grips with rising energy costs and the cost of living in general is her top priority and that this is what the electorate will judge her for. She also knows she wants to win the next election. Isn't it obvious ?

  5. That's the last thing Labour would do, it's not in their interests, the complete opposite is true. Italy has a form of PR and the average life of their government is just 13 months.
