  1.  @SlowhandGreg  How ever much they disagree with the Budget, they won't give Labour the satisfaction of defeating the government. Deals will be done before it gets to Parliament, just as they always are.

  6. There is no such thing as a vote of no confidence in the government only the PM and thats only when a sufficient number of letters of no confidence have been received. Then there is the vote itself which is usually unsuccessful as behind the scenes deals are done. If successful there is another leadership election and a long period when everything is in limbo.

  9. Starmer supported Lockdowns, he been wanted tougher ones. They were funded by increasing borrowings which is what has unnerved the markets.
