  3. If HMRC wanted to remove Non Dom Status they could, but the fact is having these super rich people investing and spending their wealth here is very good for our economy. Unfortunately most of those who comment can only see things as either black or white.

  4. Non Dom status is a legitimate HMRC scheme for which a substantial annual fee is payable. No one cared about Roman Abramovitch and he was so much richer ?
