  11. They already did in 2019 when they elected a conservative government which is exactly what they have. PM's are never elected by the public only parties. Its never been any different.

  15. They did in 2019 and we have 5 year fixed term Parliaments. Only the PM has the right to call a GE for the end of the term, it's the law.
