  1. The pandemic has shown both businesses and employees can work smarter, rather than harder. The success of the economy has been traditionally measured in terms of growth in output, an increase is seen as good and a decrease as bad. Why does this have to be the case, particularly when governments are increasingly adopting a greener more sustainable agenda ? Do we really need to consume more and more things just to achieve economic growth.
