  2. If Non Dom tax status didn't exist what incentive would there be for the super rich to make their home in the UK ? Its not for the weather ! These individuals have the luxury of deciding where they wish to live and importantly where spend their wealth. Your job could depend on it !

  3. Perverse as it may seem on the surface, it's actually to the UK economies advantage for these so called loopholes, which are actually deliberate policies to exist. Do you recall any Chelsea supporter complaining about Abramovich being a Non Dom ?
