A big part of the problem is social media. The Police can't do anything without people pointing cameras at them recording their every movement in the knowledge that if a formal compliant is received senior officers probably won't support them. Could you work under these conditions ?

@cliveo3 True, the working class provided the manual labour in exchange for a wage and nothing else. The people like Brunel whose engineering genius was responsible for some of most notable structures in Britain were certainly not working class.

Rubbish, the working class simply followed the instructions they were given and provided the manual labour in exchange for wages.

The French replaced the old ruling elite, "the Monarchy" with a new ruling elite "Lawyers". Many of the revolutions leaders including Robespierre the architect of the revolution also end up on the guillotine.

They don't actually. First past the post electoral system only needs the winner to have the most votes. If just 1 person votes out of 100 people eligible to vote, there will be a winner.

@cliveo3 Who told them how to do it and lead them ? It wasn't anyone working class.

They provided the manual labour in exchange for wages nothing more. St Pauls Cathedral for example is credited to its architect Sir Christopher Wren, not all the workers that physically laid the stones.

The people however never retain that power they merely transfer it to others. You appear to have overlooked this ?

Clearly not, otherwise the Rwanda decision would have been different.
