  1. Hah, at this point he does not care what the markets are doing. He has control, he's extending his control and deconstructing democracy. He's had 4 years to plan this coup. There is nothing that can happen now that will impact his move to oligarchy - the avalanche has already started, it is too late for the pebbles to vote.
