  1. Yeah Escort have unfortunately become overpriced, under-performing junk, they are basically skating on their brand recognition now. Sure it'll do the job, but like you say you could get a system with better Ka band detection ability and laser jammers for a fraction of the cost - only disadvantage is you don't get the stealthy install - but even if you want a hidden system and don't care about money there are still better, cheaper options than Escort now.
