@rossmanngroup Well, I bought a Hoover Regal a few years ago after being tired of crappy stick-vacs - and I love that thing and all it's crazy but useful attachments. - I'm sure the company is as cr*pp* as you say - fortunately I've not had any problems, and now the vac is old enough that if it breaks now I'm not going to cry - but I'll definitely take your advise next time out.
