I’ve seen cops be so kind in situations where they could have been mean , asking if the person was injured even if they were murders or pediphiles, I always think they are so humane after what this person did , I actually cried ( I never have ) as they replayed this over and over and I’m disgusted at how 5 incompetent people treated a man who clearly needed help He is paralyzed for life that is a death sentence , they all deserve to lose their jobs and the law is responsible for this , I think this should go to trial and not be a pay off which leaves the cops not taking responsibility for their cruelty
