  1. This was an amazing video. This was also a one sided view of things. That baby flinched when it's ear was tagged so I looked it up and yes they have nerves and feelings in their ears, it does hurt. Staying in a feed lot for the last 5 months to "finish" them is 5 months with restricted movement in uncomfortable, cramped conditions -- that is about one quarter of their short lives of approx. 2 years. They are taken from their Mama, fattened and harvested, meaning killed. Mama then goes on to birth more babies to be taken from her. I am sorry but I do not quite get why this is all okay, even while I like these people and respect the hard work they put in. I guess we ALL figure out how to justify our actions, myself included.
