  2. What about the identifiable and well-known cohorts of people who are not accorded the 'kudos of being a victim' and thus don't get the help they need nor the sympathy/empathy? Mark's explications of trauma and how to heal are quite simplistic. That may be a function of a relatively short conversational format. Though if it's not then his understanding of the extent and depth of trauma is a concern.
