This was due to deliberate decisions of global corps, with the complicity of politicians on the take, seeking to make even more profits. Manufacturing needs to come home. Then there's the politicians and their social engineering on several fronts, disrespecting ordinary people and their needs: destroying public services, communities, families and then victim-blaming.
