@troybrown9474 As a parent of teenage boys there is no way on earth that people this age are adults! At best they're adults-in-training. Poor kid. This is just vile.

@troybrown9474 Not sure I can follow your question! My answer is that some 13yos are more mature than some 19yos. Some 19yos are wiser than some 40yos. Some boys are way behind in maturity and don't really get there until they're 30-something. According to the scientists, on average our brains/psyches don't really mature until our mid-late 20s. I still think it was a mistake to lower the age of majority to 18yo from 21. Not to exclude the views and participation of young people but because of their immaturity. (There's a reason that people can't become PMs or Presidents before the age of 35!) And also most young people do and say really stupid things - some of which lead them into trouble with the law. Except in the most heinous cases, I don't think that they should be penalised as adults and especially not in this petty and vindictive wokester gang culture way.
