  3.  @dannyfeller7034  May I suggest that you choose a different premise on which to base your argumentation? There are many studies that show that 6 month old babies can innately discern and assess fairness in others. Fairness is the bedrock on which our understanding of right and wrong and common sense are based. Every cognitively able adult who commits a crime knows that they are doing wrong. Unless they are cognitively impaired. In which case society, using common sense, treats them as disabled and finds appropriate ways to support rather than punish them. On the other hand, 'teaching people right from wrong' is concerned with teaching 1. laws and 2. forms of respect for others - both of which are societal/cultural and variable constructs, not innate or universal. You might also be interested in studying critiques of Gramsci.

We've seen so many photos of beautifully clothed African women in their proper African dress meeting the Royals at the Palace during many decades, so we Brits do know the difference. People whose ancestors were enslaved by American plantation owners invariably have a wide range of DNA from all over sub-Saharan Africa as well as Europe. Harvard professor, Dr Henry Louis Gates has made many studies and tv programmes about Black American ancestry - all fascinating. Also refer to those who put up their DNA results on this platform and other social media.

  9. Still prescribed in UK. I'd like to know how many people have died in the OR with deaths passed off as 'natural causes'. I was prescribed this for a bad cough 8 winters ago. Looked it up as I taking the first (and last) dose and was shocked to learn back then it had already been banned in AUS and US. Something to note is that it sets up an enduring allergy reaction. So tell your anaesthetist that you've taken it in the past, if you have, and they should be fully prepared for an adverse reaction. I so trust doctors and all their medicines. Not.

The concentration camps were full of Jewish people, people like my great uncle who were part of the active resistance, people like my grandmother's aunt and her fiance who were shot in the street by Hitler's terrorists... Please let's remember the almighty courage of the many who did stand up against psychopaths. While the West stood by for too long convinced by its own complacent perspectives that it could make friends with psychopaths and all would be well. Our generation should have been speaking up long before now about today's psychopaths instead of bowing to neomarxists and their equally amoral acolytes. I fear for my country now.

I can assure you that for many years the Allies were, shall we say, far less than fair and kind to the German people even when some of those people had been, as my family were, part of an active resistance to the Nazis, some incarcerated in concentration camps and murdered. Even in the most dire of circumstances, each and every human being has a choice.

Does that spectacle also serve to demonstrate Piers' point to the world about how illogical, intolerant, dismissive, rude and prejudiced these woke people are. Piers gets two birds with one stone, so to speak. The woman is not smart enough to understand how she's playing into it.   48. In the UK, if the police think they may get information from someone who may be a witness they go to the potential witness's home. I'm not a fan of PA, but the US atty is treating him already as a criminal by demanding he go to them - and all this talk of 'demanding PA is handed over' and 'extradition' is also redolent of criminal treatment. Is it that the atty is using PA to garner high media attention for his investigation and thus to flush out actual offenders OR to take the spotlight off actual offenders who are high profile and being shielded? Whatever it is, if PA is involved in Epstein's crimes (which I doubt), all the atty's negative press against him is certainly rendering a fair trial impossible.
