@mikereger1186 I so agree with you, Mike.When in doubt, refer to the basics: the ten commandments and the sermon on the mount. Born into a CoE family, including several CoE priests, I could take no more of the the leftist cant and the appalling pandering to destructive and anti-religious wokeist ideology that I finally sought refuge in the Roman Catholic Church. Here I've found a much purer, unadulterated appreciation and practice of Christ's teachings - one that isn't swayed by whichever way the wind is blowing or what governments are telling them what to do/think/say.

@dawniebee946 Is it possible that these are actually one and the same? Remember that Christianity was far more prominent until recently. And gave us all our moral virtues in the West (as elsewhere in fact). Our moral and ethical standards didn't arise separately from Christianity. Even now, in all the world's common law jurisdictions, our laws are rooted in Christianity.
