  2. Starbucks isn't unique in requesting that you buy a product... Every restaurant, bar, etc. have the same policies... Every seat represents income to the store... So, if you are not buying anything and occupying space... Also, I'm suspicious about them "discussing business" ( what kind, I wonder ? ) They weren't wearing professional clothes like suits, ties, decent haircuts, etc. I know of some restaurants where there are "out of order" signs on the bathroom doors, but because I was with someone who the owners knew and he vouched for me and I was told : "the bathrooms work for you"... That practice was the restaurant owner's response to the feral "street people" who ruined the bathrooms in the past... Also, some people will take drugs in the bathrooms and the homeless and other feral humans "filthify" the bathrooms... I went to a McDonald's near where I live and as I walked towards the bathroom, I saw a trail of blood leading to it and the bathroom had so much "blood spatter", I thought that I was in a "slasher" horror movie. Needless to say, I contacted the manager and showed him the blood... I waited until everything was mopped and cleaned...
