  1. Why would anyone on his right mind want to become a citizen of El Salvador? Not even for free. Millions of Salvadorans have been migrating out of it for decades. You are suggesting people to move there because the president says that he is trying to make safe areas? How about living in safe countries instead of places with safety in certain areas ? Do you trust governments?
