  1. What’s really dope-y is that Tesla, nor any of his Polytechnic professors, nor any of his contemporaries, ever tried supplying AC Electricity to a DC Electric motor. Guess what? It WORKS. DC motors will run on AC Electricity. In fact, there is a class of motors, called Universal Motors, that are built as DC commutator bar Motors, but are intentionally supplied with AC.
