  1. It’s from our Future… In our upcoming Future, the government develops reconnaissance drones that can be sent BACK in time. Starting with the Great Catastrophe of 2078, the general layout of NYC is no longer discernible. However, to university historians, the FTTA “sells” permits. With a valid permit, university-level historians are permitted to “back”-send inconspicuous high-speed reconnaissance drones, in the hopes that such drones can identify the no-longer-observable outline of the former NYC.
