  1. Sure, the Russian citizens in Kursk are glad to be liberated by the invading Ukrainian soldiers. BUT, across the rest of Russia, the Russian citizens perceive the War as being FAR AWAY, so as to have NO IMPACT on their daily lives. As a result, the FAR AWAY Russian citizens have no interest in the War.
