  1. Recycling helps animals… Curbside recycling buckets regularly promote the population of 🦨 skunks, 🦝 raccoons, opossums, and 🐻 bears within suburban neighborhoods. So, you see, recycling IS good for the environment.

  2. When a business “sees” a brand-new (and LARGE) expense looming, the business has to start “saving up” to tackle the expense before the expense arrives. That’s why they have to cut their workforce BEFORE the minimum wage jumps to $20 an hour. Think of it like a bicycle anticipating a big uphill. The bike has to build up speed BEFORE reaching the foot of the hill.

  3. What the No-Skills to Low-Skills labor pool has to realize (i.e. connect-the-dots) is that when the minimum wage GOES UP, so will the sustained price of gasoline. When that happens, the advantage (??) of a higher hourly wage will be cancelled out.
