  2. The questions are going to be dumb, anyways. I mean, you can't ask... "What do you propose to do about..." ...because VPs are subordinates. They don't decide upon policy and then implement it. They do what their BOSS tells them to do. Mostly, they will be asked to state and defend the intended policies of their respective bosses.
