  3. I support Donald Trump, but someone needs to explain to Donald that "drill-baby-drill" needs to be accompanied by a commitment to build NEW domestic Oil Refineries. The truth is, in many cases, the USA can't use its own oil BECAUSE the USA has old, inappropriate Oil Refineries. The refineries that the USA has are appropriate for refining thick crude oil. However, since the time when the USA first started drilling, the oil that comes up out of the ground HAS CHANGED. The oil that NOW comes up out of the ground IS NO LONGER APPROPRIATE for most of the USA's domestic Oil Refineries. To deal with this change, the USA would need to build NEW domestic Oil Refineries.
