  3. The replies that I am getting insist that, under the Law, Routh was a just a guy with a gun, who happened to be standing really close to the fence of Trump's golf course. As such, so the replies tell me, Routh does not qualify as an assailant, and, therefore, Trump has only experienced ONE assassination attempt. What do you guys think?
