  1. Genuine Black Angus is really good beef, and really good food, whether or not there is any Wagyu in it. Sure, you probably shouldn't pay as much for non-Wagyu genuine Black Angus beef, but at least you are getting really good food, just the same.

  2. In my own kitchen, I have successfully duplicated the flavor of honey by mixing maple syrup (which might have been fake maple syrup) and raw tomato paste. Relative to volume, I mixed it all together at a ratio of 1:1. I have also been able to duplicate the taste of Chicken Salad (from a classic Chicken Salad sandwich) by mixing together raw Quaker oats with beef bullion packets, in water.
