  2. Now eliminate the form of taxation known as property tax. Replace it with sales taxes. Nobody fails to pay POS (point of sale) sales taxes, and no government will threaten to take your land away, for failure to pay property tax, IF property tax no longer exists.

SUCCEED to pay always pay your property tax, and the government that you pay it to becomes strong (while you become weak) enough to TAKE your land away, by one day declaring EMINENT DOMAIN upon your property (so they can approve putting in a shopping plaza.) The modern manifestation of property tax is a weapon of tyranny used by all levels of government. Within America, tyranny should be illegal.
